Really like your June 15 post...especially your paragraph asking &quot;how social is your organization?&quot;  Some excellent case research on this recently from companies like Best Buy and Sabre who&#039;ve literally built their own Facebook-like apps, behind their corporate firewalls.  The result:  big-time, quantifiable process improvements that bubble up as people start chatting online across departments.

Speaks to an opinion I have that, much of what we do (especially in organizational comms), is about stimulating dialouge.  Enable people with new ways to interact and communicate and they will amaze and astound you with the results.
